Our in-person convention will be following all pertinent Covid-19 safety restrictions and guidelines, as recommended at the time of the conference.

While COVID regulations are rapidly changing, the current policies are in place at the Intercontinental Chicago. We will update this list as guidelines change. Sanitizer Stations Throughout: Touchless hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout all public, event spaces, and in back-of-house areas of the hotel. Enhanced and More Frequent Cleaning: EPA-rated hospital-grade disinfectants will be standard protocol and used in guest rooms and to clean public, event and back-of-house areas. Personal Protection Equipment Required: All hotel associates are required to wear face masks in all areas, all guests must wear face masks in public spaces. Vaccine Proof Required: Proof of vaccine is currently required to enter the hotel pool, fitness center, bars and restaurants
